Most of the time during the physical assessment we always found some issues about physical fitness so K.sith will always assign clients a homework to improve them (which is effect riding efficiency and comfort). Together with the important notes that he found during the fit session to make sure that his client will ride in the right habit.

Here is a list to prepare for our fitting session

1. Cycling kits : Apparel, Cycling shoes, Glove, Helmet (especially for TT or TRI bike)

2. Bicycle spare parts: Saddle, Stem, Cleat, Spacer, Bike kit boxes.

3. Avoid high intensity of workout before fit sessions to keep your muscle work normally.

4. 2-3 hrs of time of FIT

5. You can eat before the session

6. Please don’t put any body-cream on the skin (For sensor attach reason)

7. And yes! Your BIKE!
