Thanks to its razor-sharp, aerofoil-like design, it cuts through the air and provides an aero advantage of 4 watts compared to the combination of a Tarmac SL7 stem and Rapide handlebars. This can decide who wins in a tight sprint to the finish. The Roval Rapide handlebar-stem unit also achieves top values in terms of light weight and stiffness. It weighs 50 grams less than the two-piece option mentioned above and impresses with extremely precise steering behaviour, made possible by its perfect carbon fibre layup and direct connection to the steerer tube. No wonder that top professional sprinters are impressed by this cockpit. It has also been developed on the basis of careful ergonomics studies, is available in numerous length-width combinations and has an angle of minus 6 degrees to fit your posture perfectly.
