With the disc extractor you can remove the aluminium disc on the side of your NEO Smart in order to check the inside on residue and clean if necessary. This small tool is especially developed to open your NEO yourself while staying within the terms of your warranty. The NEO disc extractor comes with three screws to fasten the NEO disc extractor to your NEO.
To use this tool you need a 4 and 5mm allen key and a 24mm wrench.
