Product Description
The new Crux is the lightest gravel bike in the world. With clearance for up to 47c tires and a dedicated geometry, it's a bike that's not just great for gravel, it's a bike that lets you enjoy the essence of gravel riding.
The S-Works Crux is equipped with SRAM's top-of-the-line RED eTap AXS groupset, hydraulic disc brakes, light and durable Roval Terra CLX Disc wheels, and rough-road-hugging 700x38mm Pathfinder Pro 2Bliss Ready tires.
■Lightweight: The frame weighs 725g for the S-Works 12r frame, and 825g for the Pro and Comp 10r frames. The new Crux was developed by looking at carbon frames from a different perspective, just like the ultra-lightweight Aethos. This innovative approach resulted in a frame that weighs less than a water bottle full of water, and a gravel bike that can accelerate up steep hills and fly over rough, nightmarish roads.
■Roadability: Fits up to 700x47c or 650b x 2.1 inch tires. More tire clearance means you can mount wider tires, which improves roadability. With tire clearance as large as the Diverge, the Crux can go full throttle anywhere.
■Responsive: Agile, supple, and responsive. It's easy to pedal, and has the compliance to cushion bumps from the road when you're sitting down. The performance-first gravel geometry and race-trained fit are the result of Crux's many cyclocross races. The
derailleur hanger is not UDH compliant.
■Roadability: Fits up to 700x47c or 650b x 2.1 inch tires. More tire clearance means you can mount wider tires, which improves roadability. With tire clearance as large as the Diverge, the Crux can go full throttle anywhere.
